What do you do when you’re upset or depressed? What is your routine? Do you cry? Do you vent? Do you take it out on someone? Do people understand the way you deal with your emotions or do they have trouble understanding you? How do the people you live with deal with it? Are they tolerant? Describe in detail.




Will when Iam depressed I try to find the good things that happened to me and then try to think about it.Sometimes I cry or just take a walk somewhere,maybe go fishing. I'am not the one who lets thing get to me and other people. Hopefully people understands it, and also understand the fact that everybody has a different way of coupling with there problems.
